Bob refers Sally to The Genius App:  

Day one Bob makes 50% of $5.00 which is $2.50 in commissions

Sally upgrades to Auto Responder Magic and Bob makes 50% of $23 when Sally's free trial ends in 7 days.  That amount is $11.00 and Bob makes that a month.

Next Sally upgrades to The Automated Sales Machine and again, Bob makes 50% of $23 when Sally's free trial ends in 7 days.  That amount is $11.00 and Bob makes that a month.

Bob is now set to make 50% commissions on The Genius App for 10 months with a commission of 50% of $49 each month which is, $ 24.00

The total commission for this referral to Sally that Bob earns is:

$24 + $11 + $11 = $46 for ten months and then $22 each month following.  In a 10 month example Bob will make $460.00 in commissions

Next Sally refers Tom and makes the same amount which is $460.00 and Bob also gets paid 50% of that amount because he referred Sally, that amount is $230.00 in commissions to Bob who is now getting paid for Sally's referrals as well as his own.

So LOW example numbers...

If Bob brings in 10 new members a month Bob will make $4,600.00 a month for his referrals and assuming that each of his members do 10 each that would be, 10 members X 10 referrals which equals 10 commissions of $460.00 + 100 commissions of $230.00 which is $23,000.00 for a total monthly commission for Bob of, $27,600.00

Please note two things:

Next month Bob starts out with all his referral commissions before he gets out of bed which is the amount of $23,000.00  and that amount is ADDED to his commissions he earns every month!

And...

Bob can bring in 10 or 100, or 1000 or 10,000 referrals and ALL OF THEM will make Bob 50% of everything they earn.
